Our Technical services team provides support throughout the entire life cycle of the products we supply.
We provide our clients and distributors with pre-sale technical support, including the configuration and programming of equipment and systems, firmware updates and repair and maintenance management.
Telcom has a responsibility to do its part in our environment. We have a contract with a waste management company so that we can recycle our expired electronic equipment and batteries.
Telcom carries the relevant certification from our suppliers and manufacturers to repair circuit boards and products down to component level. We have a service facility furnished will all the latest test equipment at the disposal of our highly trained technicians.

Telecom is certified at the highest and most demanding levels for manufacturers of wireless communications systems. Our customers have access all the training tools we have at our disposal, these include regular webinars, on site classroom attendance, access to downloads form a registered dealer area on our website and on-site training at our clients location. Regular technical updates for our customers are issued as a normal activity.
The on-going training programmes are important so that our customers have the latest certification and accreditation relating to their respective products and systems. Training courses are offered on demand as well.
